Sean Brinson, a native of Philadelphia, PA has been involved with residential and commercial construction from a young age. He has served as a Combat Engineer (Seabee) serving proudly during the Iraq/Afghanistan WAR's, constructing buildings and managing them within hot zones. After the military, Sean had returned to the DMV area where he studied at Towson University for a B.S.(Bachelor's) in Criminal Justice and again for his M.S.(Master's) in Homeland Security Management. After moving along and receiving his certificate in home inspection, he went on to start investing in Real Estate. Once he realized no one could manage his properties the way he wanted, he took things into his own hands and founded Blue Phoenix Property Management, LLC. Sean has managed to use his variety of skills into one focus and as a result, has created a unique and innovative property management company that has yet to be seen in this industry so far. Sean’s WHY in creating this company is to improve the lives of real estate investors and residents through continuous innovative systems.
